Civil Engineer, PE - Aviation Team Leader

Driggs Design Group, PA is in search of an Aviation Team Leader to grow and develop this service area of the firm. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual to obtain a leadership position is a successful and rapidly growing firm. The primary focus of this position will be general aviation clients throughout Kansas. Additional information pertaining to this career opportunity is as follows:

Job Description:

• Build aviation clients utilizing company resources and existing client relationships
• Develop marketing strategies for potential general aviation clients
• Create a business plan for a successful aviation team
• Design and produce sets of engineering plans and project specification compliant with FAA for aviation projects.
• Successful development and management of an aviation team

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Kansas
• 5+ years of General Aviation Design Experience
• Experience working with FAA and managing FAA funded Projects.
• Strong Communication and Management Experience
